Danger City Bio:
It hasn’t taken long for the all-star lineup of a new band called Danger City to create a buzz. Danger City is what you get when you couple the drummer and the bass player from Lynam with the lead vocalist and the guitarist from Spunk Monkees. Two of the southeast’s most popular bands combine to form a supergroup poised to dominate the party scene of colleges nationwide.
Danger City is a show band in every sense of the word. Animated, talented, entertaining and fun are just a few words used to describe them. What’s unique about Danger City is that they blend a lot of the newer songs on Top 40/rock/alternative/country radio in with the fun songs from decades past. Regardless of the genre these guys literally play it all, and they make it so much fun. Their motto is “People like what they know, and that’s what we play.” Drummer David says, “These songs are the soundtrack to our lives. So many memories have been made to these songs that you just can’t help but have a blast seeing them performed live.”
The versatility of Danger City lends itself to not just club shows, but also to weddings, proms and private parties of any kind. The show they perform at a beach club might be totally different than what they do at a high school prom, and every band member is seasoned and versatile enough to cater to any kind of event planned.
